Our public affairs team aspires to be a leader in responsibility and transparency in the public policy process regarding medicinal cannabis and the cannabis legalization for adult-use.
We are committed to open and transparent discussions that advance the discourse on facts, create a safe and better future for our partners, customers and patients in order to promote trust in the European cannabis industry.
We are proud member of key associations within the cannabis industry, furthering our commitment to excellence and collaboration. As a board member (“Vorstandsmitglied”) of the BPC (Federal Association of Pharmaceutical Cannabinoid Companies), we actively contribute to shaping the voice of pharmaceutical cannabinoid companies in Germany. Furthermore, as a supporting member (“Fördermitglied”) of the VCA (Association of Cannabis Supplying Pharmacies e.V.), we are at the forefront of ensuring quality cannabis care through pharmacies. These partnerships underscore our dedication to leading the industry forward with integrity and expertise.
In addition to our focus on ethical business practices, we prioritize compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the industry, including registering our lobbying activities and working in accordance with state code of conduct.
