You can open your customer account at https://shop.cansativa.de/my-account/. To register, we need your pharmacy operating license and your BtM number assignment. Our customer service will then check your details. You will receive a confirmation as soon as your customer account has been opened.

  3. Orders received Monday to Thursday before 18:00 are delivered the following day (Friday orders are delivered on Monday)

Shipping is carried out by qualified pharmaceutical logistics companies such as trans-o-flex

If the narcotics permit has been extended in advance, it takes 3-5 working days from the signing of the contract to the listing in the store.
